Last year, on a trip to London I ate my way around Old Street, checking out the new places that had popped up since I’d left the Big Smoke a year earlier. On a recent visit I discovered so many new places, I felt a follow up blog was about due. Feeling hungry? Read on!
I’ve been meaning to get back into some of the good habits I adopted last year and one of them is writing a monthly blog post about the things I’ve been up to. May is actually a really rubbish month to have chosen as I haven’t led a particularly exciting life for a few weeks – everyone needs some down time 😉 – however good intentions only get you so far, and if I’m going to get writing again then the best time is of course now!
A strange and marvellous thing happened earlier this year when Adagio Tea got in touch to say that they had seen my blog and wanted to send me some of their loose leaf tea to sample.
I’m hesitant to say that Cuba just wasn’t as amazing as I would have hoped. I really want to have enjoyed my experience there however, the weather was a bit rubbish most of the time, the food is boring and the double currency meant it wasn’t cheap and you always felt you were being ripped off.

I ate a tonne of fantastic food and worked it all of in the gym, plus I made my ovaries happy but allowing them to ovulate. Too much information? Read on…
I seem to have unintentionally started some kind of C word title trend. Last month I spoke about Canned Clients, Cups and Calabria; this month I want to tell you all about a Chocolate Tour of Mayfair, attending Pirate Summit in Cologne and my magical experience at La Salle, a 16th Century French Castle.
I was lucky enough to be given a Chocolate Tour of Mayfair by a client and I took two of my favourite people with me; my boyfriend Manuel, and best friend Sophie…
I’ve decided to write a monthly update on my life; places I’ve been, things I’ve tried, observations and thoughts I’ve had along the way. My mind works in some pretty weird and wonderful (mainly weird) ways and as such reading my monthly blog might be a bit of a rollercoaster ride. But everyone loves the fun fair, right?
